Russ and Denise Caughron serve as the Executive Directors of Freedom Homes. Their ministry began more than 25 years ago in Louisiana, where they were on staff at Pentecostals of Twin Cities for five years. Their ministry began more than 25 years ago in Louisiana, where they were on staff at Pentecostals of Twin Cities for five years. During that time, they partnered with City of Faith to help employ individuals in recovery. In 2005, they continued their mission in Arkansas.
Throughout the years, they have worked alongside various rehabilitation centers and halfway houses, remaining committed to helping individuals rebuild their lives. In late 2025, they answered a calling to open chemical-free homes, expanding their mission of hope, restoration, and lasting freedom.

Freedom 4 All Ministries partners with Freedom Homes to provide a supportive, Christ-centered environment where individuals can rebuild their lives, grow spiritually, and discover purpose. Jason’s vision is to see lives restored, families reunited, and communities strengthened through the grace and transforming power of God.

Mallory Vires has served in recovery and ministry since 2014. Her work began with Exodus.life, where she developed a passion for walking alongside individuals seeking freedom from addiction through faith-based support and accountability. She later served as a Reentry Coordinator with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, helping individual
Mallory Vires has served in recovery and ministry since 2014. Her work began with Exodus.life, where she developed a passion for walking alongside individuals seeking freedom from addiction through faith-based support and accountability. She later served as a Reentry Coordinator with the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office, helping individuals transition successfully back into the community through housing, resources, and recovery support.
Mallory brings professional experience and a compassionate, Christ-centered approach to her role at Freedom Homes. Her heart is to see lives restored, families reunited, and individuals empowered to walk in lasting freedom through structure, support, and the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
